NextWave Essentials Returns & Refunds Policy

At NextWave Essentials, we aim to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our returns and refunds policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  • The item is not in the non-returnable category (see below).

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the return does not meet our criteria, we will contact you to discuss options.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, please email us at nextwaveessentialsnz@gmail.com with:

  • A photo of the item showing the damage or defect.
  • Your order number and details.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at nextwaveessentialsnz@gmail.com with your order details and Product Return in the subject line.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item and send it to our return address (provided upon approval).

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  • We recommend using trackable shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost return shipments.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).
