NextWave Essentials Returns & Refunds Policy

At NextWave Essentials, we aim to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our returns and refunds policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
- The item is not in the non-returnable category (see below).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- If the return does not meet our criteria, we will contact you to discuss options.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
3. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
To request an exchange, please email us at nextwaveessentialsnz@gmail.com with:
- A photo of the item showing the damage or defect.
- Your order number and details.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at nextwaveessentialsnz@gmail.com with your order details and Product Return in the subject line.
- Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Securely pack the item and send it to our return address (provided upon approval).
Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- We recommend using trackable shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost return shipments.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary).
